The astronomical itinerary begins in the first room of the basement with a display of antique field glasses, models of telescopes, a seventeenth century armillary sphere and nineteenth century globes of the Earth. The itinerarycontinues in the water tank, where a model solar system is set up: with the help of special software,it shows the movements of the planets around the sun. An exquisite little eighteenth century planetarium is on display in the Gabbrielli room.
